Mobile Column Electromechanical Lifts
Capacity: 10,000 - 20,000 lbs. per column
Ravaglioli offers a complete range of electro-mechanical mobile-column lifts:
4 SERIES with capacities from 5.5 tonnes to 10 tonnes per column. 2 SET UPS: for inside or outside use. 3 CONFIGURATIONS: sets of 4, 6 or 8 columns. Versions up to 16 columns available upon request. U VERSIONS: with universal carriage ready for fitting special supports for particular uses like lifting rail vehicles. C VERSIONS: with separate control panel.
Two types of columns that differ only in the electrical system:
- Main column - with main switchboard, with all selection and control devices.
- Secondary column - with secondary switchboard, with up/down controls and emergency stop only.
Box-type metal column with steel high-resistance roller slideways. Large-dimension base structure for maximum stability under load. Steel carriage rollers on self-lubricating, maintenance-free bearings. Rolled steel lifting spindle with bronze main nut and safety nut. Self-braking gearmotor linked directly to the lifting spindle. Automatic spindle-nut assembly lubrication pump.
